Have a Beer and Use the Phone, It's FREE
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/01/06
If you want a room where the cleaning staff helps them self to your refreshments and uses your phone, at a buck a call, while you are out, this is the hotel for you. I told the desk staff about the problem and they took off $20 from my three day stay (less than 3% of the total bill. It makes me wonder what else went on in my room when I was gone! I won't stay here again.
THIS HOTEL LOOKS VERY NICE. ROOMS ARE LARGE. HOWEVER, WE HAVE STAYED IN MUCH LOWER CLASS PLACES THAT HAD BETTER BEDS. WILL NEVER GO BACK

Great Hotel w/ optional suites. A must stay when in Springfield. It has one of the best restaurants in town. Location is excellent to get to any part of the city.
