from the minute we walked in we felt like welcome guests.from the janitor to the front desk we received welcome greetings. walked to ballpark,gateway arch,old courthouse,etc.my wife liked the laundry room with television so she could watch reality shows.great stay!!

Great stay! The staff made me feel very welcome and helped with all my needs. Very clean and had great views. I loved the pool on the 5th floor with a view of the arch. All the staff was friendly, always laughing and smiling. Would definitely recomend this hotel. I felt safe and secure here.

Loved this Hampton, clean and fresh- beds were great, lobby beautiful and loved the views of the arch and all the arch pictures in lobby and breakfast area.

Stayed one night while in town for Cardinals game. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. Many security features in place for safety purposes, though needing room key to use elevator was a bit tedious.

Hotel is within easy walking distance of Riverfront, Arch and Busch Stadium. Wouldn't hesistate to stay here again.

Dont trust them with your dry cleaning as they will give your personal belongings to any one who says they are with you. I guess they never heard of checking ids or calling the room to make sure its approved by the owner of said items.

They need to take thier customers belongs and privacy into a more serious account.

Great city hotel. Walk to the Arch - the park is right across the street. Nice rooms, great view of the arch, really nice breakfast room, and great pool. Also excellent service. Everyone was polite and helpful. We've stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns - this is the best. Good value also.

I loved staying at this place so much, that I have stayed twice now! I am planning on staying again this weekend! The staff are great, the view is beautiful, and I couldn't ask for cleaner rooms! I keep bringing my girlfriends from out of state up to St. Louis, and we always stay here because we get such a great view of the arch, and it's close to Laclede's Landing!
