My colleagues and I stayed here for a business trip in July. It was about a 45 min drive from the airport. That was the only down side about the location. It was less than a five minute walk to all the shopping and restaurants.

I had an issue with my account. 4 weeks later and the problom hasnt been solved. All of this for an average room. I will NEVER stay there again!

The proximity to the plaza is hard to beat. Our room had been recently renovated, but average (at best) lighting in the bathroom. The rooms are well decorated as you would expect at an upscale property. Unique parking situation for hotel of this size...the garage opens up to the hallway on each floor and we parked very close to the room.

Everything I could ask for great location- short walk from the plaza...no cab needed. Good value for the money, awesome patio off rooms on plaza side. Large rooms with nice stuff.

Bathroom had holes in the wall… Blood spots on floor… Sheets torn… Confused and unfriendly staff… Bill was wrong… Service was nonexistent… Lobby was beautiful but it stopped there. This hotel is going to have to remodel and retrain to get it in line with their other hotels!

Staff messed up experience at every turn. Personal event was ruined, hotel stay was bad and I was double charged. No one answers front desk or concerige phones and apparently bellman only find it optional to bring all your bags to your room. SAve the headache and money and stay next door at the Raphael.

The beds were very comfortable and clean. For the price I expected the rooms to be bigger and more luxurious. Bathroom could have been cleaner and bigger! Upon arriving 2 out of the 3 elevaters were out of service and the wait to get to our 7th floor room was long! Once there, the veiw was spectacular and location was very convenient. I would stay here again, but only with a valuable discount!
