Ameristar Hotel is a must stay while in Vicksburg! The staff was wonderful!!! The room was gorgeous and very clean! We can't wait to go again. The bed felt just like home. Breakfast was the best ever! We have never been you happy at a hotel before.

The lobby of the hotel was beautiful. The hostess was very nice and very helpful. We had a blast at the casino. Very friendly service.

Were treated as family during our evacution from hurricane Katrina. They could not of been more helpful and friendly. They took care of all of our needs. We stayed there for 5 weeks and really became part of their family.

My family and I was allowed to stay at your hotel after we was displaced due to Hurricane Katrina. Our stay at your establishment was very pleasant. Although we was not regular paying guest, we was treated just as so or even better. Thanks for your hospitallity and kindness during our time of distress.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was excellent for the price. The casino was clean and most importantly little cigarette smoke. The location is easy access to the interstate for out of town guest. I would highly recommend you at least visit the casino one time.

The food was wonderful! It was well worth the price. I feel that the buffet was way better than on the Gulf Coast. The entertainment in the cabaret was Rob Caudill (Rod Stewart Tribute. Before I saw him, I thought I was actually hearing Rod Stewart, and when I saw him, he looked like a young Rod Stewart. My first trip and I won $500.00 - first time ever walking out with a win! I will be going back.

Having been several times, I can tell you firsthand how fresh and delicious their all-you-can-eat Steak & Seafood Buffet is. Honestly, the buffet is the only reason why I go to this casino. Gambling is not recommended by me.
