I'm retired and have asthma so my room needs to be clean. This room was not bad. I would go back again. Hardly, any dust. I felt comfortable here.

After checking in, we arrived in our room to find a half eaten doughnut and food crumbs on our floor. Also, hairs on the washcloths!!! We knew it would be noisy due to it being close to airport but if you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is NOT it! We actually left and did not stay there due to it being sooo dirty! We actually found another hotel within the same price range that was SUPER CLEAN and much nicer!!!

Ideal Location! Beautiful hotel, from the rooms, to the pool. The courtyard is beautiful. Rooms were very nice and extremely comfortable beds. The staff was so nice! I loved the breakfast, it had alot of variety! Less than 10 minutes from MOA and excellent shuttle service! Very quiet, excellent value! Would Highly Recommend!

We had made reservations to stay at this hotel on our return flight. However when we got back from our trip we called the shuttle to come and get us and it took 1hr for them to come and pick us up. We finally got to the hotel and our reservation were made incorrectly by the manager Terrance of this hotel. We DID NOT have a room to stay in. Then ...

The pictures on the internet are very deceiving for this motel.......the lobby is nice and clean, but the rest of the motel needs some major updating! The table in the room was falling apart. The beds are sunken in and uncomfortable, the pool is very cold, breakfast was so busy that the gals couldn't keep up with the food and not enough tables ...

I was very happy with the Comfort Inn. It was extremely close to the Mall of America and they provided a free shuttle service to the mall. The hotel is adjacent to an Outback Steakhouse, so it was nice for a dinner one night. They also have a free continental breakfast. There was a wait for the food, but it is ok.
