THE WASHROOMS WERE VERY SMALL,SEEMED LIKE AN AFTERTHOUGHT. A SMALL CARTON OF MILK FOR A LATE NIGHT SNACK WAS 3 DOLLARS[1/2 PINT] A LITTLE STEEP.LOCATION TO THE MALL OF AMERICA AND IKEA WAS EXCELLENT. BEWARE THOUGH IF YOU ARE NOT DRIVING THERE ARE NO CONVENIENCE STORES NEAR AT ALL.

The bed was extremely comfortable! Wasn't excited about the charges for internet access, and the restaurant should be visited only by those with large corporate expense accounts to bankroll the meal. Convenient access to the interstate, Mall of America, and airport.

The location was excellent for the family. Staff was very helpful with information on the Mall of America and Wildlife Refuge. Shuttle service was a huge convenience during our stay.

The room was remarkable and the view of the Mississippi River was breathtaking. We enjoyed the pool and the movies/video games in the room.

I highly recommend this Hotel!!!!!

They provided excellent customer service. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are a lot of running trails and services close by.

Once again I had the chance to stay at this great hotel. Love the rooms. Love the beds and pillows. Love the location. Great running trails and workout room. Overall I would stay here again without a hesitation.

The Sales staff did not follow-up or take interest in my event. Phone calls were not returned and there was little concern for the importance of my event. Also - no one followed-up after the event to ask how things went...

I really don't know what was going on the week I was there....but only one out of 3 elevators were working at the time, the pool was out of order, and the a/c seemed not to be working at all. It seemed to be cooler outside than in the hotel, especially at night. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel, and since my roommate did not smoke, I did have ...

The bathroom is much to small.There was no kleenex provided in the bathroom. We had to ask for it.We were very disappointed that they did not have a continental breakfast.All the Hamptons provide a very nice continental breakfast. We had the Breakfast buffet in the restaurant, and felt it was overpriced.
