Nice and clean, but rooms do need more light (which is a common hotel problem). Staff is courteous. Room service for breakfast was late and missed once. Food in restaurant is good and service is adequate.
I will stay here again, but realize that the Midwest friendliness is lacking. Hotel has Fox News Channel.

My family & I stayed at the Holiday Inn Burnsviile and what a great experience, from the very friendly and accomodating staff to the newely renovated lobby. WOW!

The staff could care less who you are. No one told me where my room was and when I checked in the lady at the front desk took my info and then did not say a single more word to me. She was too involved in her convo with a co-worker. The manager offered me a discount for a future stay but could not provide that in writting, so needless to say my 20 room wedding party reservation will not be there.
