This place is all hype, room small and over priced. Service from all areas was terrible. Security very tight that was the only good thing, adleast your safe.

I was totally dissatisfied with the cleaning service. I was there more than 5 days and never was the room cleaned and prepared for me prior to 6 PM. Additional helf should be hired to accommodate large groups.

We have stayed there 3 time and every time we have been pleased!! The views are breath taking. We went up to the top and had dinner and it is 4 star dining at its best with a view of the water or the city. We tell all our out of town guest to stay there knowing they will have a good experience.
