Loved how much there was to do in the hotel alone. Great for families or just stopping by. Rooms were comfy and beds were clean and refreshing.

The place has many new things (attractions) with the tearing down of the wall in front of the place it is really appealing to look at. I think that they will attract a lot of people now that people can actually see what it is.

There are many floors a nice swiming pool, and the locations is excellent right off the river front. The hotel staff was great and very warm and welcoming.

It is extremely comfortable and cleanness.
People are very very friendly and helpful.
I like the seafood they cooked in the restaurant with reasonable prices and many computers free internet service.

I like the fact that they gave my family and I no kind of trouble we had excellent service and they accomadating us well the hotel rooms were cleaner than I ever seen and the people there were extremely generous,they made sure that we were well taken care of, were treated with respect, and not given any attitude.

I've stayed at the Marriott Detroit Renaissance several times over the past several years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is friendly (but not overly so) and the place is very clean. Great view and good restaurants as well. If you are staying downtown this is the place to stay!!

It was a luxurious hotel that had a wonderful atmosphere for a romantic evening. If you are into romance with a modern flair this is your destination. Set in the heart of beautiful dowtown Detroit close to the Casinos, Greektown, Joe Louis Arena and the Detroit River. This gorgeous hotel offers you much to romance over.

I did not dislike anything about this place. We stayed on the 67th floor looking out over the city, it was so nice and I loved the places to eat and shopping there was great.

Summit Restaurant had Excellent Food and excellent Views of both Detroit and Canada. Easy connection to the Monterail System. Easy access to Shopping and Greek Town Overall cleanliness of Hotel and Surroundings. The hotel also had safe and easy parking. The location is the best.
