Made reservations using my credit card. Was asked again at arrival for my credit card..2 months later still trying to get my money back. Manager very uncooperative and won't return calls. Not to be trusted. Reciept are listed as Knights Inn,1 at Motel 8 and 1 at Sturges all being the same place at 1950 E Napier Ave, Benton Harbor, MI 49022...
Do yourself a favor...Use cash...

Duct tape joining the carpet squares, the rooms REEKED of smoke. Didn't feel safe at all here. The price was outrageous compared to MUCH better places nearby. Hotel staff was extremely incompetent and hard to communicate with.


DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. You will be very disappointed.
