Be Afraid, Be VERY Afraid

This was once a beautiful old hotel with pool side suites and convenient location to everything. It may now be renovated, but they staffed it with the most incompetent, rude and apathetic people they could find. Everything was dirty from the sheets to the pool. No towels, no soap, and no service when asked for it. Such a shame! This could be a fabulous place to stay, if they just understood the concepts of customer service and sanitation.

Stay away

This is the lowest of the Radisson hotels. Housekeeping was a joke unless you consider putting dirty dishes back in the cupboard, no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed, no shampoo, conditioner or soap things you like to live with. Management seems to not care less about what you live in since they already have your money so why bother trying to fix anything. Stay away from this place unless you enjoy staying in disgusting conditions.

Old service style, brand new property
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/04/04
I have found my new home in the Troy/Detroit area. While the Kingsley Inn (now the Radisson) might be an old property, you wouldn't know it. They have just renovated and modernized the hotel with free high speed internet, a 24 hour exercise room with excellent restaurants on property. The service was top notch and I felt like I could ask for the world and it would be delivered to me with out hesitation.
