Do not stay here unless you are aware that there are few resturants around, no cable television, pools, fitness room, or business center. Though the hotel was run by a young staff, they were very polite and helpful.

The facilities are quite dated and not kept up well. There is this persistant smell that we have no been able to determine. We have been having monthly meetings there and wish we were having them somewhere else.

Character Inn was a great place for a Convention. Our teacher's convention for MACS (Michigan Association of Christian Schools) was very nice! The facilities, staff and service is first rate! I would recommend it for anyone who travels or for business meetings!
