My daughter and I loved the quaint Chippewa Hotel on the island. The staff was very friendly and the rooms are adorable. We had no trouble with our bill or any requests. My husband and I stayed last year and we loved it.

Although we did not stay at the Chippewa Hotel, we enjoyed a very nice lunch at the Pink Pony. The salmon salad was delicious despite a few too many mandarin oranges. The half pound burger was cooked to order, tender and juicy. The kids loved the Macaroni and Cheese with side of applesauce. We were seated on the upper deck over looking the water. It was a wonderful view disturberd only by the occassional ferry horn.

I jliked everything about it apecially the location.
I will say I liked the rustic place it was 20 years ago but all things change and I am glad it's still here.....

The decorating & choice of color is exquisite. The sounds of the horses going by is soothing. I was highly satisfied with the service except that I left my shoes in the room and was told that they were sent to the wrong address and that they would be sent to me upon return. I did not receive them and am requesting $40.00 off of my next stay at your hotel. Other than that, I highly recommend your hotel.
