Room was nice, but Shuttle bus service was not in every 15 min. Many people had to wait in front of the hotel in the morning. Some people gave up and walked to air port.

stayed here as i had a long stopover of about 18 hours. room was comforatable and staff were friendly. food (room service) was good but pretty overpriced, paid $3 for a 300ml bottle of diet coke!

if you are flying in for a gew days,the location is great. public transportation at your doorstep into boston.no traffic headaches arriving and departing from airport. good resturant,nice staff,rooms were good size and good value compared to downtown hotels.

I had business in Boston and stayed at Hilton/Logan. It was very clean, the service was great, very friendly staff, and for the money, a great value. We were able to catch the sub-way close by to get to downtown Boston. The food choices at the hotel were many and the resturant service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone with business plans in Boston.
