Clerk was very confused about how to handle a pre-paid reservation. Reserved one queen bed but was given two doubles. Room was in poor repair as was hotel in general. Vending machines broken and vandalized. Room keys stopped working after one night. No "Do Not Disturb" sign was provided so maid disturbed us early on both days.
I visit this area around once a year and would rather stay anywhere but here.

Had 2 rooms. Both seriously infested with bed bugs. Awake all night with dangerous activity in parking lot, halls and adjacent rooms. Forceable entry attempted to my room. Abusive language and physical violence in the halls until 4:30 AM. NO ONE AVAILABLE AT FRONT OFFICE ALL NIGHT to help. NO ACCESS to 911 from room phone.
Horrible experience.
