Extraordinary ServiceI was extremely impressed with the friendliness and willingness to help me with any issues or concerns. I arrived late one night but had been booked at another Sheraton by mistake. THe staff was extremely helpful and worked to correct the erroneous reservations - while working to accommodate me in that location. Room was great, service even better - always with a smile.

Stay AwayI disliked just about everything:
1. The people at the front desk continued their private conversation for a while instead of checking me in.
2. Nobody was available to help with luggage.
3. I asked for a king-size bed and they didn't have it.
4. I asked to be put on an upper floor and my room was on the first floor.
