It's convenient, friendly, and we like the location and amenities. The price is reasonable. It could use a makeover, with attention to the general maintenance.

Ants Are An Amenity Here!

There weren't any other amenties - no soap (is that an amenity?), no shampoo, no clock, no hair dryer, no paper cups, no coffee, you name it, it wasn't there. A bed, two scratchy towels, and a 1960s TV with no remote is what you get for your $130.

The A/C was noisy, the beds were bouncy - and they're not full-size doubles, ...

When I took my children to the pool there were older residents there everyday. The problem was the residents were yelling and complaining becasue they didn't want to be around the kids. The kids were swimming and having fun and I was there the entire time.

I feel that this is our vacation and my kids have a right to the pool more than ...

Dirty rooms, rude service, and residents use the pool all the time....

I stayed at the Sandy Bay Motor Inn a couple of times. Both times were terrible. I don't know why I went back.

The air conditioning would shut off all night and we would wake up sweating. They said they couldn't find anything wrong and no other rooms were available. They didn't even offfer a us a fan. The free ice machine ...

What's With the Water?

If you can stand the smell of the water coming out of the taps, the hotel is not bad considering the price. It could use some updating. The main complaint I have is, the water. While they have signs posted all over the place which boast that they use well water, they seriously need to have an expert come in give them some advise. Fresh well water ...
