The Oak n' Spruce is a decent place to stay that is close to a lot of places in the Berkshires. Do not expect a lot of luxury or services from the facliity thouth. Our timeshare unit was really nice and clean, decorated great. The only problem I had was that we did not know that we were on the 3rd floor and no elevators, so it was rough getting my suitcase up, guess I packed to much. The hot tub was great(a little to hot), I cream social was a little lame, but thats ok, we had a great time. I would go back! I give this a 8 out of 10.

As big as it is, it does not seem overwhelmingly populated or noisy. No construction going on while we were there, tho' a great deal of new happenings in planning stages. Every one we did bump into, were cheery and social. My American Eskimo dog was a hit with some of the children and older visitors. Made a good time for him, too. Spoiled ...

We went to the Oak N Spruce a few years ago for April vacation. They had more than enough activities for the kids along with the arcade. The only thing I would want to see differently is the amount of activities for older kids (ages 10-16).

Because of the location of the Oak N Spruce Resort, the proximity is close to my home, I have stayed here a few times. I've always enjoyed this resort. They sent me a letter telling me I won a ton of prizes and all I had to do was tour the resort. They will say you have won 40k, a car, a trip, a shopping spree or 500$ cash. Just for coming out there you get a digital camera, watches or a TV...and they will give you $40 for gas.
