This hotel doesn't have anything very special. One restaurant that is pricey. The service was top notch . My biggest problem was that it cost me $41 per night for parking for the hotel. That was totally ridiculous. A 3 night stay cost me $123 for parking!

This Hyatt is not very "regency." No regency club, no coffee in the lobby, tiny gift shop with limited offerings, no special offerings or services even for Diamond Elite members, etc. Elevators are scary, tiny, and feel unstable. The Hyatt in Boston was the nicest, cleanest, most efficent hotels i have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The customer service there was second to none. The rooms are extremely clean. The staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. I can't wait to go back. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning on visiting Boston.

I was given a rate and discount over the phone using aaa rate and not given it on checkout besides not getting the room I booked for. a bit pricy had to pay extra for everything including wireless.
