when coming back to the hotel a very rude woman told us to shut up and go to our rooms becuse we were being loud and there were OLD PEOPLE sleeping . which to me was a shock because she claimed to be the manager.

This motel was very close to bars, shops, beach, and restaurant. If I return to Cape Cod, I would definitely stay there again. Great value. The staff were very curtious and helpful. The pool was very nice. It is a good hotel for families. The rooms and bathroom were very clean.

Great value and service in a great location. A definate stay for the budget concious. Clean rooms, quiet location, definately would return.....Breakfact was additionally a great value. My only complaint would be there is a need for an in-room clock.....

We've stayed here every three-four years for over 20 years and have always found it to be excellent. Friendly service, clean, comfortable. Great location.
