The room smelled terrible even after opening the window. No tissues in the room, and the bathroom lightbulb was out. The price of the room was outrageous, double what other family members paid there, then to top it off our credit card was charged for a night we didn't even stay there. Hotel staff is stating that they don't show a double bill. Now we have to spend more time fixing this mess.

I travel to the SE Mass - Providence area every so often. Recently I have stayed at the Quality Inn in Somerset located between Fall River and Providence. Their breakfast buffet was a surprise. For the rate I paid a free buffet, indoor pool, and workout room was a great surprise. Everyone there is top notch professional, Joan and Adam??? If you are in the area I definately recommend this place. Good people and prices.
