We gad a difficult time finding a place to stay in Fall River and this was the closest, most convenient location. It is next door to a Sports Bar which had excellent pub food and for a week night, was not really noisy. Good hot breakfast buffet included, quiet and comfortable bed. Pillows were not great and we could have done with some more towels, but adequate stay all in all.

Nice hotel, but the pool.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/20/07
The pool is nice but sometimes it's very cloudy. When you get out of the pool, expect to smell very strong clorine on your body and hair. It wrecks havok with your hair. I know that even though it's a hotel, you don't have to smell the clorine for it to work. I've been around pools all my life and never smelt something this bad. Don't go swimming there if you have any breathing problems.

Filthy Mess!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/19/06
I wanted to check out 5 minutes after checking in. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. I am convinced they just rotate the non-smkoing signs. The lightbulb in the bathroom went out the night we checked in and stayed that way after calling the desk 4 times. The room was FILTHY!!! The boxsprings were exposed and just gross The sheets did not seem ...

One of the best
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/07/06
I have been thoroughly impressed with my experience here. It is one of the cleanest, most cared for fairly priced hotels I've ever stayed in, and I stay in many. The grounds are meticulously cared for as are all the indoor facilities. Monte, the owner is a full and generous presence. They provide all kinds of complimentary services, such as ...
Hotel was easy to get to, right off 195. Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean. Breakfast was included (eggs, sausage, french toast, muffins, fruit, ect); free coffee and tea 24 hrs/day. We stayed in the executive building 2nd floor, nice room. It had a balcony overlooking a peaceful river, cathedral ceiling, whirlpool tub, refrig and ...

Stay somewhere else!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/10/06
The "Executive" entrance glass door was dirty with grime and fingerprints and generally looked beat up. The stairwell to the second floor smelled of toxic, industrial cleaner. Looking forward to opening the door to the hallway for some oxygen, we were met with the overpowering smell of stale cigarette smoke. This was a designated ...

The hotel is quite run down. The room we had was dark and dingy with poor lighting. The place seemed over used and needs a massive makeover.
The water from the shower was not warm. The non-smoking rooms smelled of smoking. We talked to a lady at the front desk and most of the rooms are the same because contractors working at several local plants smoke in the rooms all the time.
This was an aweful experience. Go stay anywhere else.
This is usually our hotel when we stay in Somerset, but the last visit was horrendous! The service was absolutely awful, the rooms were inadequate, items for us to use weren't in usable condition, we had no blankets, tiles were broken in the bathroom, the toilet ran constantly, and the extra lock on the door was broken. And I've never stay in this hotel since that visit, and neither has anyone I know..
