Good hotel at decent price. Room was clean and front desk was helpful. Valet staff was incompetent, so go with the self-parking. Lots of noise from the street, but overall a pretty good stay.
Pros: Beautiful, modern room in southwest tower. Clean, comfortable bed. Broad selection of pillows. Starbucks coffee in room. Pleasant, efficient staff. Logical division of hotel into quadrants to eliminate the overwhelming feeling of large, impersonal hotels. Crisp HD plasma, though of the limited 20 channels, at least 10 - including ABC, CNN, ...

Very nice, good price and location

This was a very efficient and clean hotel in a good location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend.
I stayed at the Sheraton Center City during the Presidential Inauguraton. Although the hotel was very busy, I found the staff to be most helpful and patient.
This is a great location being within walking distance and a great market which had lots of good local food.
I will be back in Baltimore for vacation is June and I will stay at the same location.
All of the other service was wonderful. But there was a few particular employees of the steakhouse that seem to have issues with Soldiers. I (along with my unit) just returned from Iraq and had to deal with a worker who wrote up a report of complete lies about a few of the Soldeirs to try to get us reprommanded. Fortunately, they were unable to do ...
I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton while attending a conference. I had a corner King Suite in the North Tower that was very clean and comfortable. The traffic to get to the hotel was awful though. I would stay here again due to it's close proximity to Inner Harbor.

Awesome Mini-vacation
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/06/08
Our experience was absolutely awesome! From the moment we stepped out of the rain and into the lobby we were enchanted. Janese Jones at check in could not have been more friendly or energetic. We had a lovely room overlooking a park-like setting, room service was great (they even checked via phone to ensure all was well), the bed was very ...

DONT STAY THERE
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/10/08
Business travelers DON’T STAY THERE. Would not recommend to anyone. I have stayed there for 3 weeks for business the price I paid was to high for the service I got. The construction is done but the hotel still looks outdated. The hotel is located close to the hospital and a fire station but with the outdated windows which are not sound ...
On the advice of others on this site, my hubby and I asked for a room in the North tower. If that is updated, I would hate to see the South tower! There were holes in the wall! The bathroom was nice, but not enough counter space (the usual for a Sheraton!) At 6:30 am precisely a jack hammer began tearing concrete right outside our window. It ...

I had the pleasure of staying there Tuesday night and I promise our clients, co-workers and friends will enjoy the wonderfully remodeled property, including the popular Sheraton "Sweet" Sleeper bed and flat screen tvs in all rooms.
Shula's and Shula's Steak 2 remain onboard as your local favorites.
