This hotel was difficult to find as there was inadequate signage anywhere. The Hotel Reception folks were very helpful but the entire property appeared "worn" and dirty, in fact the elevator was filthy. The entire staff needs to be trained or retrained in Customer Service! The staff was so very helpful and willing to do whatever they could to make us more comfortable. The convenience of the shuttle was great for our travel needs to the hospital and leisure desires. Can't wait to come back!

I had surgery at JH and my wife was pleased with the hotel because of the complimentary shuttle to JH whenever she needed to go and not having to drive in the city at all while she was there for a week. She "really" liked the shopping in the same building, especially Talbots.

The rooms are dirty and somewhat run-down. Some members of the staff are helpful and generally pleasant and service oriented. Others are uppity and nasty.

Would never go back.

I was pleastanly surprised by the property. I cant be critical of anything the reason I am writing this is to share a great expeirance and a good value.
