If you take your pets be prepared to walk about 6 blocks to find the first patch of grass for your dogs to relieve themselves. You'll have to walk all the way to the river to find grass. Parking was $31+a $3.72 tax !! And when all other hotels offer free internet I was charged $10.85 a DAY for internet. For the three days I was there I paid ...
This place has an amazing chef, ask for Stan he was really nice. I can't say anything bad about this place, everything was great! We can't wait to go back!
Great location and that is all that you can say positive about it. First thing that I did was tell them to turn off the moniter system with the HVAC system. As it is a motion activated thermostat. Which means that once you leave the room and there isn't any motion, the thermostat goes back to what ever it is that they program it to. If it is ...

Royal name but not so Royal Rooms Average room, nice tv, bath tub to shallow, toliet paper roll was broken fell everytime you touched, iron barely worked, no line to check in or out just a mess of people hoping they are next. Located in the heart of the adult entertainment discrict, unsuitable for children, nothing special just another overpriced hotel.
I thought that this place may have been a bit loud during Mardi Gras, but it was the perfect location! We were even able to rent one of the balcony rooms for Friday and Saturday night! Great location!
I loved the hotel and the people were friendly. Catch 22 you have to park in an underground garage in order to get in or out of the hotel. Every time you leave or enter the vallets expect tips. Also after you check out and pay for your room you have to pay for the parking underground. The whole parking thing with tips and my parking space cost me around 220.00 two days and a night. And there is no where to park on the street so be forewarned.

We enjoyed the customer service that the hotel provided, such as when you called hotel information, they always answered with "Hello Mr. or Mrs and last name. That made it more personal, and they were very helpful. We had three rooms for the whole family, two were courtyard and one faced Bourbon Street, that was extremely enjoyable at night ...

One of the few "new" (last 50 years) hotels in the Quarter, it offer ease of parking in a place where parking is impossible, plus it is a great value for it's location, access to both Royal and Bourbon Streets plus it's many ammenities. It's am easy walk to most of the Quarters land marks and is on it's way to becoming one ...
