Motel, not HotelI was very dissapointed when I arrived. This is an old, run down property. On my return trip I stayed at a La Quinta in Lake Charles (about 20 mi East). The hotel got hit by Rita...and it never recovered! Before Rita it was pretty good but I have been here a while and it's still has not shook back. Clean towels and clean room every three days. The general manager is very rude! The washer & dryer is garbage. Only 10 channels on tv & half are static.Was this review helpful? Yes - No(Report Problem)3 of 4 Yahoo! Would Look Elsewhere!First of all..this place is not exactly the cleanest hotel i've ever been in. Although we hardly spent much time in the hotel because we were in the casino's in Lake Charles, I would not go back. When we woke up in the morning and got started with a normal daily routine..there were NO Towels, NO Soap or toiletries, and NO Coffee. I tried ...Was this review helpful?
