It was a nice location. We had two rooms; one had a hole the size of a baseball in the wall by the bathroom, and when we arrived there was toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom as well. Both rooms needed to be dusted. I think the manager needs to check over the rooms after they are cleaned. The Staff at the front desk was nice and helpful. I do not believe that I would choose this hotel again!!!!

Although the location is not the greatest, this hotel is certainly one of my favorite places to stay at in Louisville. The staff are very courteous and the rooms are always clean. It's usually the simple things that make my stay a pleasant one and for this hotel, I enjoy the thick comforters on the bed.

The location had a plus/minus side. The pluses are many, easy to get to off Waterson Expressway, close to Churchill Downs with a shuttle to the track, easy to negotiate traffic. Our room was spacious and the kingsize bed was comfortable. Shower was perfect for my tall husband. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Easy access to the Interstate.
