the parking lot was not clearly marked, therefore it was hard toget in and out. Everything else was fabulous. Breakfast was good, the servers were great. Every employee that we encountered during our stay was friendly and polite, even when just passing in the hall. We will be back to see you soon.

This is the best Hotel experiance I have ever had. Can't believe this treasure is a Holiday Inn. The property inside looks like a Marriott or High level hotel brand. Great Staff. They all introduce themselves. A memorable experiance.

Pros: The service was good and the interior of the hotel was nice. It was quiet as well. When the hot tub was too hot maintenance took care of it immediately and even brought fresh, hot towels. They are updating the interior as well. The room was spacious and the bed linens nice.

This is the absolute best hotel I've stayed at in Louisville. This Holiday Inn reminds me of a Hilton or Hyatt. The lobby is absolutely breathtaking.

My family stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel restaurant offered a good variety and the food was excellent. Room Service was quicker than any other hotel I've ever stayed in, the food was excellent and the portions were generous.

I like the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, and especially the helpfulness of the head housekeeper when I left my shoes behind! The open bar (yogurt, snacks, coffee, etc.) is great for late arrivals and early morning departures.
It is a real pleasure to stay here!
