The staff was friendly, helpful, and quite accomodating to my family of six, after our online reservations were botched by a go-between company. I was surprised at the review saying that the hotel appeared to be in decline. We found it to be maintained just fine, with a busy, pleasant staff. The pools, both indoor and outdoor were really nice. We would definitely return.
