Very poor repairThe key entry to the back door did not work, the TV in our room was broken, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink, the sink drain leaked. I would expect these conditions in a one star hotel not a Wyndham Garden HotelOVERALL

I'll never go backFirst room they gave us smelled,carpet had a burn spot, bathroom looked worn and dirty and the tv didn't work. We requested another room, which they quickly provided. Never AgainThe best part were the employees. They were, except for one, very nice and friendly.

Very Very bad customer serviceI came to Wyndham Garden Hotel in April of 2004, and when I went in to see what room my family and I had booked I was unable to check in.

Clean, stylish and comfortableWe were looking for an afordable, comfortable place to spend the night while attending an event in Kansas City. Will not return to this hotelHotel booked large buses filled with teen-aged boys in town for a football tournament.
