An older placeThe rooms were very small but had a nice one by the pool, which since it was still April I did not use, but it looked nice and big. I think it would be a fun cozy hangout for couples in the summertime, a little small for kids. Fantastic Breakfast!I liked this motel. Very good price for the area, I got a discounted room for $51 plus tax. Outdoor pool was nice. The best part was the breakfast. As a business traveller I can say this was one of the best. Lots of selection, variety a mix of sweets and healthy food. I would certainly stay again when in town.OVERALL

Just overall excellent...One of the best $50 per night motels I've found in the north Johnson County (Overland Park, Mission, Shawnee) area. Very nice large clean rooms. Convenient parking. Excellent 78 channel cable TV. Free in room internet works flawlessly. Staff is super nice and works hard to make you feel at home.
