When we checked in (around 5pm) there were people just hanging around in the parking lot. The lobby was dingy and not updated for many years. First of all when my friend and I arrived we waited outside for several minutes because the doors were locked and we had to wait for a representative to let us in. We finally checked in and stayed the night. I asked the front desk for a robe which they did not have, however we had arrived very late and slept in so we asked for a late check out, so ...

The location is a little questionable and a little scary. The hotel seems to be surrounded by bars/pubs. Very little parking. Staff was more interested in being outside smoking rather than working. Rooms were not the cleanest but it was a good sized suite. Bed was not comfortable. Noisy party out on the deck until late which made sleeping difficult.

I would not recommend this hotel. The room we stayed in was not clean to our standards. The cont. breakfast was not very good. The location was a bit scary for our family. We won't be staying there again.

Not clean, leftovers from last guest, elevator didn't work, unprofessional staff, keys didn't work, no hot water, lobby was dirty... I would not recommend staying there.

i was very impressed with the service at this hotel. the staff was excellent .very helpfull and curdious the rooms were nice ,very clean and spacious i would deffinently recomend this hotel.
