Inpeccable service--we took advantage of the valet parking which helped quite a bit since we were going out to a show and restaurant.
Check-in was friendly although it was a little disconcerting that my credit card would not work, and the staff said it may have had someting to do with going through Yahoo Travel. Not sure what this meant as the ...

Poor customer service, sleep quality
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/25/07
The Crowne Plaza advertises the importance of a good night's sleep. They even go as far as to provide you with 'essentials' to help you sleep. However, the night we stayed, we had to call to stop a party going on next door. And, the next morning, the phone ringing wake up calls (in the adjoining rooms on both sides) were so loud that ...
The old saying you get what you pay for. I have seen better, but for the price this is a pretty nice place to stay.

I had a very nice experience. The hotel is an active train station, and occasionally you may feel the train rumbling, but I slept deeply till next morning. The décor is very unique, and amazing; white statues, @ each side of the floor there were “train room”. My room overlooked the pool. I had luxurious desk, microwave, and refrigerator. On the ...
I stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed it immensely. The hotel is beautiful and had no trouble sleeping. I would gladly stay there again.

Awsome

I like the service that i received from the staff. Also if you have tickets to see the Colts at lucas oil stadium this hotel is right across the street from the stadium. Valet parking is a one time fee no matter how many time you go in and out also with in walking distance of malls and restraunts. I would go back for sure.

Overrated for Price
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/05/05
My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. We both felt for the price it was not worth it. There was no refrigator in the room, unlike what we read on the internet. The cable on the T.V was not on but 1/3 of the time. It kept going out and took hours to come back on. I would have happy paying $90 a night, not $120 a night plus parking. Location was good and the bed was comfortable. But, I could have got that at a Holiday Inn for a cheaper price

Awesome place to stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/17/05
My wife and I stayed here based on the good reviews I saw here on Yahoo. Everyone was right...fantastic place! It was amazing what they did with the old train station. I never stayed at a hotel that had so much to look at. We stayed in a club level room which was very nice. However, after looking at the pullman car rooms...we are making another trip back with our kids. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
This hotel is amazing. It is housed in Union Station , which is still a functional train yard. The architecture is well-preserved in the beautiful lobby areas. The most remarkable part of our stay was that our sleeping area was an old Pullman train car! There are about 20 of these cars located on tracks within the hotel , with the interiors ...
