I stayed here as part of a convention group and I was a late late arrival and called for shuttle p/u and driver was very very pleasant, Harry I think.
I checked in and all of my requests were granted, and the best part is that all of our meals were terrific. Thank you so much for a great stay!

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location to the Indianapolis Airport. The room was overpriced for the qaulity, which was HORRIBLE! The bathroom was totaly outdated.
The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The halls were stinky, dark and scary. This hotel does an injustice to the name Radisson!

I was very impressed with the staff. They must really like working at the Radisson! The new owner and management has made a huge difference. It was OK before, but EXCELLENT now. Everytime I am back in the area, I will stay at the Radisson. The food was exceptional, the service was top notch and the rooms were excellent. Thank you for a great stay!

The Radisson Hotel at the Indianapolis Airport is a fooler! On the outside it looks great and even the lobby area is okay, but the rooms are a different story. The bathroom is insanely small. The sleep number bed was very uncomfortable for two people sleeping in a double bed. ( There is only one control, so you both must sleep on the same number.) ...

How could anyone say bed things about this hotel. Everything and everyone was wonderful. I felt like a queen when I stayed here. I was there for a Joyce Myers cov. and it has been the cleanest,beautiful,friendly hotel i've ever stayed. So all of you who say this place had horriable service...your just crazy, and probably are used to having everything done for your by someone else.

The employees we unfriendly at the front desk and didn't seem to want to do their jobs. The bar closed early. The back door card reader was green at 11pm so anyone off the street could come into the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that is coming to Indianapolis for a vacation.

The Hotel is located just outside the airport with-in walking distance...took me about 3 Minutes to walk inside the building; very nice. When I check in the Front Desk was great; so was the restaurant however it was a little pricy. Slept on a Sleep Number Bed also very nice. No real complaint and would stay there again. Andrew was vary courteous.
