i like the location and the people very nice the rooms where very clean the pool is big nice area for kids n the spa was clean n its close to good mexican joint rite on the corner
This is a beautiful hotel. Classic architecture. Impeccable service. We had a lake view room which also provides a perfect view of Michigan Avenue and Grant Park. The location of the hotel is central to everything. Perfect place to stay if you're going to the Art Institute or visiting Jewelers Row on Wabash. Also a perfect location if your going to the theater...you can simply walk instead of taking a cab.

beautiful hotel

We stayed here for a week with a convention of teenagers. It is a very quiet hotel even with all of the kids, you don't hear the floor above you (you can hear the "L train") Our room had two bathrooms. They have wonderfully comfortable beds with tons of pillows. We did encounter check in troubles because they had too many people checking in that day so we had to wait some hours for our room. It is in a great location.

Good all around place to stay in Chicago. Great views, good food, easy access to most places of interest in the downtown area. Would love to stay again sometime in the future.

Great location in center of city, walking distance to all major city attractions, great view of parks and lake, helpful staff, good maid staff. Only downside is $32 per day parking fee.
The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff seemed helpful.
I didn't like the fact that you pay so much for parking, but what do you expect from a nice hotel in the city? Self-serve was full when we got there, so we had to use valet.
They did say that room service would charge a delivery fee for anything they brought up and the water ...
The Hilton is close to Millenium Park, Museum Campus, State Street Shopping and great transportation to the Mag Mile. My room had 2 bathrooms -- first time I ever had this in a standard room. The beautiful lobby area is always abuzz with something going on. Restaurants and bars very good - service and ambiance more than satisfactory. You won't be disappointed.
i can't remember anything that i disliked when i stayed there with my husband, three or four years ago for two days. room was huge & clean, service was good. over all nice experience to stay in this hotel.
