Good rate for Naval grad parents - don't expect any frills; including hot water. If we wouldn't have gotten a discount I would have complained to management about the barely luke warm water. Since we were only there about 6 hours for a little sleep it wasn't worth the time. Just be warned if you like a hot shower try somewhere else.
A cockroach actually ran out of the black binder they leave on the desk up my arm. I was shocked so of coarse I shook my arm to get it off and it proceeded to run across the pillow of the bed. Breakfast was not too great, but the staff was. The room was always made up really well, even after my kids destroyed it. it's close to RTC, the mall, and six flags. The beds weren't the very best, but I didn't sleep any worse than I do at home. The staff were really helpful and friendly. McD's traffic was noticable but not annoying. My biggest complaint was the stale donuts and sour OJ.

The room always smelled of a combination of mold and disinfectant... If you went out for any reason, when you came back in, you'd gag on the smell. The "breakfast" was mini muffins, some doughnuts and concentrated orange juice! I didn't even feel comfortable touching the bed linens. The front desk staff was cordial and it is ...
