We had a negative experience at a hotel in Chicago over the weekend. It was so bad that we cancelled our following nights and was directed to this hotel. What a breath of fresh air! Clean. Professional staff. The breakfast was great. It made for such a communal experience at the breakfast table, that many of the guests became friends in just one morning. I will visit this location again in the near future.
