One star is being very generous. This place is dirty, curtains ripped, windows dirty, stained lampshades and a bug in the bathroom.

We stayed as a group for the Derby. The rooms were gross, my tub was dirty, the towels and wash rags were hard as rocks, mine did not have a working phone or alarm, and the sheets were stained. The pool lights were not all on, no chlorine, no towels (or extras at the front desk), the jets did not work. Let’s just say it was the worst place ...

The place was ok. The internet connectivity in the room did not exist. There was no hot water when I went to shower in the morning! I won't stay there again. Don't bring your family here but maybe a hooker.

The cost greatly exceeded the service provided. My wife was not pleased. Now I'm getting the run around because my credit card was over charged. I've already made two calls and was told to call again tommorow. Avoid this place. You'll be glad you did.

Even though I had a reservation, they did not have a room reserved although they had plenty of rooms and offered to upgrade me for the trouble. The front desk was very nice. The room did not feel clean and there were some different people hanging around although I did not feel threatened. I would not pay more than $50 for a room here. Did not try out the pool or recreation area.

Considering the investment it's the best. Big pool with a restaurant. What more are you looking for?
All the other upgrade hotels are $119 and up. For Rockford, I don't think so! We were there for a tournament, which is right down the street, everything else was much further away.
