The toilet seat was broken and the bathroom was dirty. The AC didn't work at all and the towels smelled sour and had holes in them.

We entered the Crossroads and were immediately turned off. The buildings and grounds were horrible. The office entrance was totally disgusting you could barely see through the front windows and there was a very musty odor when entering. Behind the front counter there were stacks of paper and waste. This place was dirty, dead roaches, falling ceiling, wallpaper coming off dirty bathroom floor, paper thin and stained wash cloths and towels. I would have felt cleaner staying outside in a ditch.

We didn't eat their, no way. The health department should burn this motel to the ground. I wish I could have gotten a room at another motel but area was booked due to corvette show. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
