the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

Embassy Suites is severly lacking in customer service. They have a great atrium and nice guest rooms, but the restuarant staff is terrible. I suggest they hire new employees that know how to treat people.

What a horrible experience at this property. I had the misfortune of being on business travel the same week as the Junior Gymnastic championships in Schaumburg, IL.
