I stay here for work in chicago. The staff is friendly and helpful, although most don't speak english well. the rooms are fairly clean, but the place is old & run down. The internet connection often does not work or has almost no signal. A bus stop is nearby that can take you to the metra electric line, but the staff will not be much help with directions.
