BEST HOTEL EVER

I love staying here. They have the best staff. Great Service. Yummy Breakfast. Just the best hotel in the area. Recommend for everyone. I stay here everytime i am in the area. They have great shopping and restaurants in the area. The housekeeping staff is great. They provide everthing in the room and for the price this place is great for everyone.

Great location on the east side of St. Charles located near shopping and great resturaunts. Very clean. Decor is a bit dated but the value makes it well worth while. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

uncomfortable and dark

it was difficult to relax bcs a. it smelled musty b. it was on the dark side c. ventilation was only provided by an air unit that provided inconsistent airflow d. the toilet handle broke off e. the fan in the bathroom was loud.
the service however was very good. the receptionists were friendly.
