We booked our room through a package deal with our travel agent and stayed 7 days. At first we were very disappointed. The internet pics are misleading. Our room on the third floor had wet carpeting when we checked in and was extremely small. We called the front desk to complain and after offering us a room with twin beds (which we turned down) ...
Hi Fellow Travelers! My husband and I spent our honeymoon here. It's great to just be able to relax and watch the boulevard after a long day on the sand. You really are in the middle of everything here. We spend every anniversary we can, in the same room on the same balcony. It's like being at home. The people make you feel like you're ...

Very Poor!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/15/07
Our oceanfront room had a nice view and that was it for nice. The pink carpet was filthy and the bed was so low that it almost sat on the floor. The room smelled like old rags and disenfectant. We would NEVER stay here again! Very poor is the best we can say for this hotel!
I stayed at this hotel on my first night of a month long journey through several countries. It was a great experience, lovely location, great staff, immaculate hotel, great free breakfast with enterntainment and a view of the ocean. I highly recommend this hotel and wish I had stayed longer. I wish I could say the same of their hotelon Kauai. Unfortunately I can't. Barbara Picot

Great place to stay! The location is unbeatable and views are spectacular! You can walk to the beach, take a surf lesson, enjoy the ALOHA Spirit!
Friendly & accomodating staff.
Breakfast could be upgraded.

ResortQuest Waikiki Beachside Hotel needs an extreme makeover. Our party booked 4 rooms and all were moldy, dirty, and had a bad odor. We had a very unhappy one night stay and moved on to another hotel in the area. The staff was very understanding and polite.
the rooms were very small and dirty the carpet was dirty and had spots. the bed was small and uncomfortable. the furniture in the room was bad looking and chipped. dont be fooled by the pictures on the internet the rooms dont even look like it. the location was great. but its not worth staying here.
room was adequate, amenities average, staff helpful and nice. excellent location. parking was a plus. room size small, beds need to be changed, and no desk. amenities were minimal. staff service was excellent, attended to all request and answered all questions with local flavor. only dislike was overall rooms could use upgrade to new stuff.

We will not go back...disappointed.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/01/05
The room were way too small, they sanitized the room prior to our arrival, can smell the chemicals. Got ocean view room with balcony, nice view. The elevators were dirty.
Front Desk people were friendly, but it's not a place where we would go back.
They did have continental breakfast from 7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m.
We were there for 3 nights beginning October 27th and checked out October 30th.
