We stayed there one night 11-7-09. I placed the reservation online the total w/tax and everything was $68.00. My credit card was charged $79.00.

I booked 3 rooms for me and my family so we could be together but we were going to pay separately. Check in was at 2:00 p.m., but they charged my card for all 3 rooms at 5:00 p.m. The rude lady at the front desk said her boss told her to do it to be sure to get their money and be sure the card was good. While staying here I had a medical emergency. We were willing to pay the 5 hrs we were there but Brenda the manager would not refund the money we paid for the weekend.This person even went as far as calling my fiance an @#@hole. After calling the corperate office we did get our money back for the second day. These people were horrifying and it felt like the twilight zone. Nasty place nastier people.

Had roaches all in the room, they said they're spray them, but they didn't. The fridge didn't work. And when we asked to change rooms to one with a working fridge and because of the roaches, they said "we don't do that." All the outlets are loose. NEVER stay at the roach motel!

Very Clean and comfortable rooms. We had a great stay. Well worth it!! Great service! The staff was very nice. The pool was Ok. Great location for floating the River and the water park. Great resturants near by.
