Make sure you live in the tower room. We stayed in the tranditional room first. The room is small, there is no separate bathroom/shower room(just a slide door in between). In the second day, the water was running down from the bathroom celing light fixture. Luckily no one in the bathroom. We got immidiate change to a tower room. A little better.
We will not come back to this hotel again.

The service was terrible... my room smelled.... my reservation was not correct... my car got hit ($2,000 damage) while in the parking lot because they don't have enough parking for guests... No towels at the pool....they did nothing to make our stay better. They had a fight in the lobby on Saturday! This is a trashy hotel.... NOT for families!!!! I will NEVER return. In a nutshell, the phone reps do not communicate with the actual hotel, they try not to deliver on package items unless you have proof, and the front desk is rude and confrontational. Great way to start a vacation, right?!
