We booked the hotel online and when we arrived, we were appalled. The lobby smelled terrible, but we decided to look at our room and go from there. The hotel appears to be in an unsafe area of town and the grounds are dirty (trash, cigarette butts everywhere). Bed Covers Very dirty. Room had very bad smell to it. Outside of hotel was very dirty, trashcans over full. Carpet was all stained up. Dust was everywhere. Looks like room was never cleaned.

We paid $150.00 a night. The mattresses and pillows were old and worn.
The room wasn't that clean.
The door had trouble closing and latching.

Replace the mattresses and pillows, and
clean the rooms. There were finger prints all over the metal lights.
And fixs the doors we felt unsafe.

We would never go back.

Friendly Staff-Clean Lobby- The Free breakfast had lots of choices and extras. Room and bathroom was very clean, much to my surprise.
No complaints whatsoever. Great Value, Good location, walking distance to "fridays" restaurant and others. AVOID LONGHORN restaurant across the street, The place was awful, the food, and service was atrocious and the prices were very high.
