The room itself was nice and clean. What we had a problem with was that if you wanted maid service to bring in clean towels, sheets, take out trash or get more toilet paper you had to pay extra on top of the cleaning fee that you already paid when you made the reservation. You have to wash your own towels and sheets but there wasn't a washer ...

Good hotel, but they should ban smoking on the beach. If they did this could be a wonderful beach and hotel stay.

our unit was directly on the beach with an awesome flat panel tv in the living and bedroom. the unit was fully updated and had everything in it. the decor was awesome and fresh rent unit 1604 at Sundestin

We were very impressed with our room. It was like home away from home. Everything was right there at our fingertips. We will definitely stay at the Resort next year if possible. The staff was extra friendly and always willing to lend a hand.
