We have been staying there 3x a year sinse 2005. If there were any type of problems they always accomodated us. Service excellent! Cleanliness a few problems but always taken care of. The location is fantasic! Best value on lido! We will always keep comming back.

Love the location, good service and great pool...Didnt like that locals can attend! Hang out at the pool and drink at the tiki hut! They should check room keys to keep non residents out!!!

I hve stayed there for the past 4 or 5 years with or without my family while attending business meetings and it has never been anything but clean, wonderful employees and great attention to my needs. have never missed anything at all. I will continue using until I no longer travel

I had my sunglasses stolen here last week also - though I think more likely at the bar. Apart from that I highly recomment this hotel. Just stayed there last week with my wife and 16 month old daughter and we all loved the place - except for the pool bar - it closes at 7.30pm and they use those horrible prepackaged cocktail mixes.

Room service stole personal items from us. When Management was confronted, they did not assure us that our belongings would be returned or someone would get punished. They told us they would keep in contact with us and took our personal information. It has been a month and I feel like we are being ignored. I understand that it is not Managements ...

The hotel is poorly lighted at night. Kids used the adult pool with no supervision! The hotel added a $130.00 hold on our bank account after our check-out. We were not informed of this and we hope that it is refunded. The Tiki Bar drinks are very expensive and the hotel staff is very hateful. We complained to the front desk that we had bugs in our room and they seemed to already know about the problem

My family and I stayed at the Lido Beach Resort from Aug. 1st - 3rd, 2008. We were in Room 339, in the 4-story building.
