Great GO VISIT ORLANDO

I guess the saying is true you get what you pay for. Poor service, unkept rooms, fitness center equipment not working, continental breakfast was always missing something (i.e., fruit, syrup for the waffles, cereal), thr grounds of the hotel were dirty.

When staff check in all the pre-check in payment methods were ignored, they required staff to pay with another credit card when my card was to be used. We could not get through to the inn's staff, they did not speak English and did not understand. When trying to talk to a supervisor left on hold for 10 min.s, called back three times to get a supervisor to talk to me very unhappy, they take your money and do not give good customer service.

rooms are very dark and drab. keys hardly ever work. The worst part is all the noise, it was sooo loud, carts slamming into walls hammering, workers yelling, you would think they were demolishing the place. which come to think of it wouldn't be a bad idea. it really was a awful experience. Is it a value? not if you like to rest, and leave feeling clean. I would pay the extra money and get sleep!

We Overall Liked Everything About This Comfort Inn. There's FREE Wireless Internet In The Rooms So That Was A Plus. The Only Complaint That We Would Have, Would Be That The Ice Machines Didn't Work. We Have Already Recommended Here To A Few Friends. It's Truly Worth It!

stayed here last sept for 2 weeks, going back this year. very close to international drive with loads of places to eat. rooms good size, clean towels every day, huge tv and king bed. had no probs with this hotel. free shuttle to disney and universal but we walked to universal as only takes about 30 mins.

I loved the fact that they had a shuttle bus that came at a reasonable time. It had a nice little tiki bar by the pool area. I was really glad because we got to stay right in front of the pool. I definetely recommend this hotel!

we stayed here from the 21st of october to the 4th of november on our honeymoon. when we checked in the receptionist was nice and overall everything looked ok. when we arrived at our room it smelt damp looked like it had not been decorated for a few years.The cover over the bed had cigarette burns on it and looked old, although the sheets did get ...

Just returned from Orland(June 07) if you want a good holiday don't stay at the Comfort Inn Universal area rooms dirty, bedding old, ripped, rooms stunk,furniture old, the whole hotel needs a revamp, looked at several rooms all as bad!

The location was fine but you will be very disappointed if you book this one!
