I expected more from this hotel because of the looks on the outside spoke in volumes, but the room was semi-clean and the bed squeak when you lay down or turn over. You Get What You Pay For--Not Again

Stayed there with family for two nights. Landscaping is beautiful, but the hotel itself needs remodeling. Headboard in room was leaning. Remote did not work. Fortunately, the rooms were clean. Nice Hotel, Great Service

I stood at the "Palacio" from 4/12-15. Its definitely a 2 star hotel, but its all you need if you only plan on sleeping there. Most people that would be out and about in Miami, should be content. But if your bringing your family and plan on spending time at the hotel, maybe you would want to go to another hotel. Bottom line, you get what you pay for and some more.

Accessibilty and the El Palacio

My partner and I stayed at the El Palacio on NW 12th ave and 167th St - by the Palmetto.

I am a full time wheelchair user. I made the reservation, advising that I would be in need of an accessible room. They promised one. When I got there, the front desk clerk was hesitant but finally relented and showed me the room.

We will NEVER go to there again

The location was the hotel at County Line Road and University Ave.-----
We found blood on the bath tub and what seemed to be blood soaked into the shower curtain. We complained and was given another room. In this other room we found that the underside of one of the comforter had dirt with foot prints on it. We complained, filled out a complaint form and checked out the next day.
